DIY Beeswax Wrap Renewal Bars

Properties

There are 2 capsules in the homemade kit. The capsules contain beeswax, pine tree resin and coconut oil.

The capsules contain enough content to cover one Mumo Meet Set: 1 small (20x20 cm), 1 medium (26x26 cm), 1 large (32x32 cm) and 1 giant (33x61 cm) fabric.

Mumo's fabrics are not included in this kit; If you wish, you can use poplin fabric while making your own introductory package. You can also renew your old Mumo with this kit.

There are two ways to prepare your fabrics:

Baking

Place a fabric of the desired size on greaseproof paper in the baking tray. Break the contents of the capsule into small pieces and distribute it on the fabric. You can use scissors or a knife to shred it. Leave the fabric in the oven heated to 100 degrees for 10 minutes. With the help of a brush or a cloth, ensure that the molten content is evenly distributed on the fabric. Hang the fabric somewhere to dry. Clothes hangers and clothespins can come in handy.

Ironing

Take a fabric of the size you want and place it on wax paper. Cut the capsule in appropriate quantities and distribute it on the fabric. Cover it with another layer of greaseproof paper and gently run the heated iron over the greaseproof paper, ensuring that the content is thoroughly absorbed into the fabric.

Don't forget to wash your fabrics before use when they are cold.
